Security Trusteeship is a contractual arrangement among a Borrower, Lender/s (who are Banks, Financial Institutions & NBFCs) under a Bilateral / Consortium / Multiple arrangement and a Security Trustee. This arrangement is established by executing a document called Security Trustee Agreement (STA).
Executor Trusteeship offered specialized services, such as Drafting of Will/Trust deed/Probate, Administration of Will, Management of Trust funds/trust properties, Guardian of Minor’s properties, taking care of Estate and Income etc.

The Company provides certain trustee and related services which fall within the regulatory purview of SEBI. These services are governed by applicable SEBI regulations and guidelines.
The Company also provides certain services which do not fall under the regulatory purview of SEBI. Accordingly, none of the SEBI investor protection mechanisms shall be available for any grievances or disputes arising out of or pertaining to such non-SEBI regulated services.
Stakeholders are advised to take note of the nature of services being availed and the applicable regulatory framework.

These services are governed by applicable SEBI regulations and circulars.
Non-SEBI Regulated Services

- Safe Custody of Documents Services (Physical/Digital Storage)
- Securitisation Transactions (Direct Assignment)
For the above services, SEBI investor protection mechanisms, including grievance redressal mechanisms available under SEBI regulations, shall not apply.
